Fearing YHWH? (The Name Devotional: Volume 2)

We often get the fear of The Most High wrong.

It’s not about Him being a scary monster.

It’s about reverence.

Respect.

Awe.

That’s a positive response, where fear has only torment attached to it (1 John 4:18).

(The Name Devotional: Volume 2 Book Excerpt):

“Hallelu YAH! Blessed is the man fearing YHWH; in His commandments he has delighted greatly.”

Psalm 112:1

Again, “fear” is not so much about terror, as it is about reverence and honoring worship, when it comes to YHWH.

“Hallelu YAH!” is Hebrew for “Praise YAH!” “Y,” not “J” is found within the Hebrew alphabet.

And we are blessed when we worship Him, by making Him, His Name, and His Word a priority in our lives. It’s not a “one and done” kind of thing; it is an ongoing, daily decision.

It is a lifestyle decision.

We “delight” in Him greatly as we discover the richness of how personal our connection and relationship is WITH Him.

And it is NOT a perfect process, as we walk it out!...

There is so much TO His Name.

What else is there TO it?

What IS His Name?

Where Does it lead us?

His Name continues.
